Properties：
Sodium sulphide is also called sodium sulfide, smelly soda，smelly alkali, its molecular formula is Na2S, with relative molecular mass of 78.04, melting point of 1180℃. It is easy to dissolve in water, slightly dissolve in ethanol, and it is insoluble in diethyl ether. Sodium sulphide industrial grade has an appearance of brick red or yellow flakes.

Application：
The main applications are production of sulfur dye and leather depilatory, metallurgy, photograph and rayon denitration and so on.
